It is not possible to give a price for a clearance, without viewing the type and volume of waste. No two clearances are ever the same. 


We do not remove hazardous waste, chemicals, explosives, or anything that poses a danger to our team or the environment.


We are a licensed waste carrier regulated by the Environmental Agency (License number CBDU196087). 


We hold Public Liability insurance up to £1,000,000.


We are committed to protecting the environment and reducing waste. That's why we recycle or donate as much of the clearance items we collect as possible, keeping it out of landfills.


Where possible we send most reusable items such as bedding, clothing, bric-a-brac & furniture to local charity and CIC shops, to aid their causes.

Waste domestic seating is any item of seating of a household type from households or businesses that is waste. Upholstered domestic seating may contain POPs. 


For example:

  • sofas
  • sofa beds
  • armchairs
  • recliner chairs (electrical or mechanical)
  • kitchen and dining room chairs
  • garden furniture
  • stools and foot stools
  • office chairs that are fire resistant to domestic standards
  • futons
  • bean bags, floor and sofa cushions


These items do incur additional charging which can be discussed at during the quotation.


No, our team will handle everything from start to finish. You don't need to lift a finger.


Yes we can offer a de-personalized and display service.


This is the removal of all personal items, such as photos, clothing, pictures and certificates etc.  from display. Emptying all drawers, wardrobes, cupboards, lofts and garages etc. along with excess furniture.


Then using the remaining pieces of furniture and effects, to give that lived in feeling of a home and assist in the sale or rental of a property. We then return to clear the remaining items once the sale or rental has completed. 


Yes we do and this is normally a FREE service, if there is enough to collect from outside of your property.

  • Exercise equipment
  • Bicycles


Fridges, freezers and wheels with tyres on, are not accepted as scrap metal. So therefore these are chargeable.


You need to contact us to schedule a clearance. We'll work with you to find a convenient time that works with your schedule.


We accept bank transfers or cash payment once the clearance has been completed to your satisfaction. 


Yes, we often get customers to request a post clearance internal clean, preparing the property for sale or rental purposes. This can be priced once the clearance has been completed. 


After a full garage or container storage clearance, we always leave the area neat and tidy for no extra charge.
